Currently, we only offer a one-, three- and six-month subscription package. We do not offer custom gift card credits.

Nope, it can be redeemed any time!

We will email the recipient the e-card on the day / time of your choosing! If you’ve chosen to send your gift on the same day as your purchase, we’ll email your recipient the same day after confirming your purchase.

To make changes to or cancel a gift, please contact us at wecare@dev.dasteacompany.com with subject “Cancel a Gift”. Please note, we cannot refund gifts after they have been redeemed.

We ensure flexibility with our subscriptions. If there’s something you don’t like about your box, take our quiz again – our algorithm is always learning (just like we are) or contact us at wecare@dev.dasteacompany.com with subject “Change my box”.
